Our Divorce Online service enables you to initiate your divorce filing efficiently and conveniently. Recent updates in court operations have allowed us to provide a more streamlined service to our clients at a single, competitive price. Although in-person or mail filing options remain available, our online process is tailored to accommodate your busy schedule, removing the necessity for travel to our offices. You can begin the process from the comfort of your home or workplace any day of the week, without any time limitations.

To proceed, please complete the form provided below and select your payment method. You will receive a confirmation email upon submission. A designated case manager will reach out to you on the same business day to verify the accuracy of your information and to discuss the process in detail.

Upon completion of your divorce documents, they will be sent directly to you for signatures and filing with your County Court Clerk’s office. You have the option to file in person, via mail using the packaging we provide, or online through the JEDS filing portal. For additional information, please refer to the Resources page.

Our Divorce Online service streamlines your appointment process, allowing you to start today with ease, similar to our Divorce by Phone option.

To initiate, simply complete the submission form with the necessary information, make your payment, and indicate your preferred contact time with your paralegal.
Enjoy the flexibility of starting your divorce process from anywhere, without the need for any forms to fill out, as your paralegal will reach out to you at your chosen time for further assistance.

To begin your divorce process, a total payment of $349 or an initial deposit of $199 is necessary to begin the preparation of your divorce documents. The outstanding balance may be arranged for a date that suits you within a 14-day timeframe. Once the final payment is received, your documents will be finalized and remitted to you for filing. A receipt, along with an electronic statement and contract, will be sent to your email upon submission of your online payment.

To enhance efficiency, we recommend making an upfront payment to facilitate the prompt release of your documents. Additionally, you may discuss expedited options with your case manager if you intend to file in Court without delay.
