Although in-person or mail filing options remain available, our online process is tailored to accommodate your busy schedule, removing the necessity for travel to our offices. Upon completion of your divorce documents, they will be sent directly to you for signatures and filing with your County Court Clerk’s office. - To initiate, simply complete the submission form with the necessary information, make your payment, and indicate your preferred contact time with your paralegal.
- Enjoy the flexibility of starting your divorce process from anywhere, without the need for any forms to fill out, as your paralegal will reach out to you at your chosen time for further assistance.
To begin your divorce process, a total payment of $349 or an initial deposit of $199 is necessary to begin the preparation of your divorce documents. The outstanding balance may be arranged for a date that suits you within a 14-day timeframe. Once the final payment is received, your documents will be finalized and remitted to you for filing. A receipt, along with an electronic statement and contract, will be sent to your email upon submission of your online payment.
To enhance efficiency, we recommend making an upfront payment to facilitate the prompt release of your documents. Additionally, you may discuss expedited options with your case manager if you intend to file in Court without delay.
